Activating colloidal mixer AM 200 is designed for the preparation of high-quality cement or clay and concrete mixture in the area of special foundations construction, in rehabilitation of concrete structures, etc. The individual constituents of the mixture are activated by circulation of the dosed mixture by a centrifugal circulation pump.
The activating mixer can be used separately or as part of grouting centre IC-1 or IC-2, which consists of a final mixer and a grouting piston pump of the IC series.

Working principle
The core of the AM 200 activation mixer is a centrifugal circulation pump, which makes it possible to reach high circulation speed of the mixture that is being prepared. The high speed of mixture circulation helps to mix the mixture intensively and to disintegrate the grains of the solid fractions. This process leads to the required high dispersion of the solid stage.
The preparation of a standard injection mixture dose in the AM 200 activating mixer takes about 1 minute.
The centrifugal pump is designed as packing-free, with a highly antiabrasive finish of all surfaces that are in contact with the prepared mixture.
There is a three-way valve that enables the finished mixture to be drawn after the end of activation from the mixer tank into the final mixer tank, from which it is sucked by the grouting pump.
